A Moment of Stillness
One To Be Still™ was born during one of the busiest and most overwhelming seasons of my life.
As a single mother raising children while working full-time and building my business, I often forgot to slow down and care for myself. In the midst of constantly giving to others, I realized I had forgotten to pour into myself.
The first time I experienced this blend, I immediately felt chills throughout my body. It felt as though God and the Universe were gently reminding me to pause, breathe, and simply be.
One To Be Still™ became my invitation back to myself—a reminder that rest is not weakness and that stillness is part of the healing journey.
